    At Anaaya Cosmetics, we want your shopping experience to be exceptional. Here's how we handle returns:

     

    Changed your mind or Didn't like the product?

     

    Return the unused, saleable product with price tags intact for a replacement.

     

    Received a damaged product?

     

    Email us at ecom.anaayacosmetics@gmail.com with an image of the damaged product for a replacement or refund.

     

    Quality issue?

     

    Request a replacement or refund if the product doesn’t meet expectations, provided it's in a saleable condition.

     

    Misshipment?

     

    Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for collection of the wrong product and reshipment of the correct one.

     

    Shipping Charges:

     

    We cover return shipping for damaged or misshipped goods. For other returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

     

    Note:

     

    Returns must be claimed within 10 days of receipt.

     

    Refunds and replacements processed upon receiving returns.
